WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes! Please complete the contact form with details about how you would like your one-of-a-kind piece! I also do bridesmaids gifts, graduation gifts, baby shower gifts, and much more. Additionally, if you see something you like on my website but would like it customized or something on my Instagram that isn't on my website, please email me or submit a contact form so we can work on creating your dream jewelry.
Note: All custom orders start at $25 and have a $25 deposit before processing. Discounts and coupons are not applicable on custom orders.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
I ship via USPS First Class Package Mail with a flat rate of $5 for domestic shipping. All packages come with tracking and usually take about 5-7 days to deliver. To support my philosophy of sustainability, most pieces are made to order so please expect up to two weeks for crafting. Orders over $75 ship free in the US. I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your item has been shipped.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
I offer multiple options for YOU to find the perfect gift. I use 14k gold-filled materials to make my jewelry. 14k gold filled is tarnish-resistant and can last many years with proper care. This material has a thick coat of gold and can resist tarnishing and oxidation for much longer than plated materials. I love wearing 14k-gold filled jewelry, especially when I know it's something I'll have on often or daily.

HOW DO YOU CARE FOR OLIVIA LO JEWELRY?
My jewelry is made of 14k gold-filled materials so tarnishing and oxidation will eventually occur. OLIVIA LO JEWELRY is made of 14k gold-filled (not 24k gold, which is pure gold) so while these gold-filled pieces can last many years, proper care is still very important to sustain the life of your accessories. Follow these guidelines to maximize your jewelry's lifespan:

Avoid wearing jewelry in the pool, ocean, while showering, and in the water. The harsh chemicals in these waters can be damaging and ruin your pieces before you know it.​

Store your jewelry in a box or bag to prevent oxidation. It should be stored in a dark dry space away from harsh lights and humidity. Your orders come in an OLIVIA LO JEWELRY pouch, where you can store your pieces for safe keeping. ​

Clean your jewelry with an extra soft toothbrush and mild dish detergent. Gently wipe with a soft microfiber cloth.

Keep jewelry away from oils and chemicals--this includes lotion, creams, and sunblock. I never wear my jewelry while cleaning or in the water.
